Rhythm’s soul collides with Industrial darkness... and Starlight Lost is born!

Starlight Lost is a unique fusion of contrasting yet complimentary styles, creating a wild, yet soothing synergy in the atmosphere. Sonya's smooth, soulfull voice and deep emotionally charged lyrics combined with Adam's darkly haunting synth lines and grooves create another world in which to lose yourself and leave your perceptions behind.

Adam Lane (of Obscure Descension), and Sonya Pressley (of Prescott) met in 2007 at their place of employment in West Palm Beach, Florida. Aside from sharing a love of computers, the two techies also share a love of music. After an exchange of music and ideas, Adam and Sonya immediately "clicked". Then, it was off to the studio to record Lost, the first Starlight Lost song. The previously instrumental track was in desperate need of lyrics, and Sonya's talent and style was a perfect match! The ideas have been flowing ever since that day.

StarLight Lost is harmony between light and dark. Opposites do attract and that’s a fact, or is it? Perhaps they are one in the same. A star loses it's light and appears lost to the eye, or is it? Perhaps that starlight that is lost, has really been found, and appears visible only when the eyes are closed. Watch your perception and listen intensely, there is more to come from StarLight Lost…
